To create this nursery, designers first painted the walls a pewter gray color; then, they added birch tree and owl decals to make the space fun and decorative. Once the walls were painted, designers brought in an IKEA dresser and added hand-crafted owl drawer pulls to tie the dresser in to the design of the space.
