A custom-fabricated metal gate separates the front yard from the modern courtyard. The designer knew the gate had to be interesting enough to stand up to the 5-foot-tall concrete walls on either side, so they designed a self-latching gate. The gate, fabricated by Dennis Schleder, weighs 300 pounds.
This single story modern home features white exterior walls with gray roofing. Tall bushes border the front of the home matching the height of the house. A short fence separates the yard from the concrete walkway with gate access leading into the front yard. A couple of turquoise lawn chairs create a sitting space to enjoy the front yard.
The height of this modern pavilion gives depth and dimension to the design of the Eastmark Community space. In the front of the outdoor space, this pavilion serves as sort of an entry gate and a focal point, drawing the eye to the pavilion's elegant steel construction that functions as a work of art situated atop the elegantly design pavilion.
