The chrome lamp and table are a perfect example of how you don’t have to follow the rules on scale and proportion. This nursery features a convenient striped upholstered daybed with a trundle. Several throw pillows decorate the bed, while a yellow floor lamp provides an additional pop of color. Teal two-tone walls and a hot air balloon mobile complete the look of the space.
A glass-paneled banister with a chrome railing lines this long modern hallway on the second floor of this tropical home. Custom art was installed to add visual interest and a door leads out to a patio with an amazing landscape view.

With a tufted armchair and modern floor lamp, this corner of the room is as functional as it is stylish. A stacked side table complements the black-and-white color palette and offers a spot for books and plants.
To ensure that this guest bedroom looked more modern than rustic, the designers balanced the deer triptych and raw wood coffee table with matte black floor lamps. Geometric-printed pillows and throws also elevate the space's style.
