The homeowners of this Lake Elmo residence wanted more out of their outdoor space, but couldn't build any closer to the water due to land use regulations. A larger patio and unique pergola offered the perfect solution. The pergola has a louvered roof and lowerable clear wall panels making the space usable in different weather.
