As you might imagine, decorating Biltmore House's 35-foot-tall tree requires a lot of ornaments: 500 wrapped gift boxes, 500 traditional glass ornaments and 500 electric lights, in the Edison bulb style, to be exact.
The green paisley wallpaper in this bathroom sets the color scheme for the room. Two small lamp fixtures surround the oval mirror topped with green cloth, plaid lamp shapes to shed light on the glass tile stripe, mirror boxes and green towels sitting on the white tile sink below.

This rooftop design features a custom cantilevered Ipe pergola with stainless steel trim and tempered glass inlay, wall-mounted Ipe planter boxes and stainless steel light fixtures. The dining area under the pergola features a simple glass dining table, while an adjacent sitting area features contemporary wicker furniture.

This clever storage solution was made out of a plywood box placed between two wall studs. It’s based on the traditional wall safe only we added a few hooks and drawers to create a unique way to stow necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings. “Select a venue that already dresses up for the holidays," Zazueta adds, "and work their decorations into your overall design. "We had been using our garage as a dumping ground for tools, lawn equipment, toys and discarded furniture for years," says designer Suzanne Dingley of Suzanne Dingley Interiors. But when her husband started his own business, the couple realized they had the perfect spot for a home office. They installed new windows, doors, floors, drywall, lights and insulation. "The garage had a peaked ceiling with rafters, which we chose to make a feature to bring some character to an otherwise rectangular box." Replacing the overhead garage door with two sets of French doors brought in light and charm.
