The offices at Jordan Iverson Signature Homes combines contemporary and industrial styles for a look that's fitting for a design company. Simple wood furnishings with black metal accents keep the space clean and organized.
A wall of windows in this two-story great room allows views of the outdoor patio with fire pit. The open living space has a raw steel accent wall with wall-mounted TV and ribbon flame fireplace. A cozy shag area rug defines the seating area that features a cozy gray sectional and contemporary white chair.
This grand living room includes many detailed elements, such as the two-sided fireplace, horizontal wood lath, exposed I-beam, perforated railing systems, blackened steel accents and custom fireplace pendants.
A beautiful mounted counter supports a stainless steel vessel sink and towel rack in this modern bathroom. A gray tile accent strip extends from the counter to the ceiling adding color and texture to the white walls. A horizontal mounted mirror crosses the accent strip to create great lines and contrast. Two box pendant lights extend from the corner for a great lighting addition.
Wood cabinetry paired with stainless steel elements create a great modern look in this kitchen. The tall stone island provides space to prep and cook on the stovetop as well as an eat-in space with leather bar chairs. Recessed lighting and two pendant lights brighten the space.
A modern bathroom features clean lines and neutral tones, creating a sleek, masculine look. The gray tiled shower, pebble floor and seamless glass shower door complete the custom look of this bathroom. Pretty vases filled with flowers add a feminine touch.
The giant soaking tub and glass-enclosed walk-in shower are the star attractions of this simple, clean-lined bathroom. The wood vanity and textured floor bring visual interest to the room's cool palette.
This custom project was built as the clients' "forever home." The uniquely designed entry system leads the visitor to four separate landings as the stairs wind around and turn from concrete to "floating steel" stairs towards the top. The concrete was formed to give it a unique detail, and there are two integrated planters along the way up as well. Inside, the home offers a three-stop elevator, two-sided fireplace, 26' exposed steel I-beam, spa-like master bath and hand fabricated custom perforated steel handrails.
