On episode seven of HGTV Design Star season six, contestant Kellie was asked to transform this boy's bedroom with a locker room theme in mind. Though she didn't do the locker room theme, Kellie tucks bits of soccer-themed pieces throughout the room. Still, judge John Gidding isn't impressed: "There's nothing locker room in this whole space," he says.
Beautiful planting beds curve toward the house, pointing the way to a wow of an upgraded entrance. Designer John Gidding built an expanded deck to encompass much more of the house and give it a modern profile, then painted the brick a soothing green.
