Jeff and Michelle Sanders loved the home they raised their two children in but were tired of being so far from friends and work. They called upon the hosts of HGTV's Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna Gaines, to help them get their perfect home in the perfect location.
Contemporary and chic, this office space designed by Jeff Pelletier features locker storage, a stylish wet bar with gray cabinets and a retro fridge and a long table that's perfect for holding meetings.
We are loving this contemporary office design by Jeff Pelletier! Large windows fill the space with natural light, while metal pendant lights, sconces and bright yellow lamps provide additional light when needed. To keep things organized, there's a row of filing cabinets as well as tall cabinets to store anything you might need for the office.
There's plenty of cabinet space to store office essentials in this public office design by Jeff Pelletier. A large table is perfect for holding meetings, while desks line up parallel to each other with adjustable lamps to provide ample working space.
It’s not hard to imagine Sherlock Holmes sitting, deep in thought, in this cozy living room, with its red walls and wallpaper-lined built-ins, traditional fireplace, antique Oriental rug, and oh-so-comfortable vintage leather armchair.
The strong architectural forms of this lakeside modern are the backdrop for several new outdoor spaces, such as a Zen garden, swimming pool, and entry courtyard that all compliment the house by using like materials and extending the forms into the landscape.
"This kitchen's neutral gray-and-white palette with warm wood accents make it balanced and timeless. It would not feel out of place in a 1920s bungalow or a modern home," says interior designer Katelyn Rountree.
This beautiful, modern home uses exterior materials that complement nature and each other. White stucco maintains the home's modern style, while cedar and natural stone accents help to soften the space's design and make it more complimentary to the nature that surrounds it.
This dining room mixes classic and contemporary: a crystal chandelier illuminates exposed beams and a rustic freeform table, while gray zebra-striped chairs and Greek key drapery borders somehow look just right together.
To keep the pool separate fro the walkway to the Zen Garden, designers added a simple, modern fence that runs halfway around the pool. The fence helps keep the space safe for kids, but doesn't obstruct the beautiful view from the pool.
