The freestanding bathtub is nestled in the semi-surround of the bay window, which creates a stunning focal point in the room. A large walk-in shower features granite trim and a heated towel rack while a sleek black double vanity adds contrast to the space.
This room features a combined cleaning supply storage and laundry room which houses a washer, dryer, ironing board, stainless steel laundry tub and heated drying rack. Simple black floor tiles finish off the look of the space.

The circular wine room below the rear turret of this Tudor-style home is filled with custom built-in wine racks and stone shelves. Natural stone is used on most of the walls in the space, and reclaimed brick covers all of the floors. The entire space is "reclaimed" since it replaces what was once a garage and basement. Very little heat (or cooling) is used to make these subterranean spaces function properly.
The pantry in this space is equipped with everything staffers could need to heat up their cold lunch. Plates and bowls are easily accessible from their open wood shelving. A large sink with built-in drying rack provides a place for quick cleanup; a microwave and refrigerator are present for reheating and storing leftovers. All these modern features fit within the pantry's rustic design, featuring an antique clamp that is attached to the countertop and another 20th Century portrait hanging to the side of the space.
Mix equal parts unpasteurized ACV and water in a clean spray bottle. Use this mixture to cut through grease, clean up grime and wipe out bacteria. The smell disappears as the vinegar evaporates. This cleaner is ideal for stove tops, counters, sinks and laundry room surfaces. It’s great for cleaning up metal tea kettles and the plastic touch pad on microwave and stove control panels. It also makes cleaning the inside of a microwave super easy. Spritz it inside the microwave on all surfaces, heat for 25 seconds, and wipe with a paper towel.
Add liquors to hot cocoa in a mug. Stir to combine. Add marshmallows to top of mug and brown with a culinary torch or under the broiler of your oven. To broil, position the rack so that the top of the marshmallows are 2-3 inches from the heat source. Watch the marshmallows closely as they can go quickly from browned to burnt.
To serve, sprinkle the top with graham cracker crumbs and a graham cracker dipped in melted chocolate, if desired.
