This contemporary structure complements the main house that was designed and built 20 years prior to the design studio, but they work together seamlessly as if they were designed and built at the same time.
In this renovated guest bedroom, Karen and Mina repainted the walls and replaced the floors to give the space a fresh, neutral color palette. To create warmth in the space, Karen and Mina, of HGTV's Good Bones, used shades of brown, to make the room warm and inviting. They also added reclaimed wood accents and and an industrial chandelier to create interest and highlight the elegant, industrial design they were going for.
