On the back porch, the family has a great space for entertaining and spending time with each other. There is also a dining area on the back porch so that the homeowners can enjoy their beautiful mountain views while eating a good meal.
“The front porch is about 8 feet deep by roughly 20 feet wide,” says interior designer Brian Patrick Flynn. “It’s enough to function as an outdoor room.” An all-weather rug, teak sofa and colorful coffee table carve out the conversation area.
A soft siding color is contrasted with black shutters and white support columns. The brick from the walkway continues onto the covered porch with outdoor sitting space. The healthy grass yard gives off a natural, colorful glow.
