A traditional sofa and chairs provide plenty of seating, while a leather ottoman, which doubles as a coffee table, adds sophisticated functionality to the space. A marble fireplace gives off plenty of warmth to this room, while the ornamental mantel and painting hanging above it add artistry to the space, creating a warm, yet formal living room.
In this elegant family room, a wall of windows allows natural light to spill into the space. Traditional paneling was painted white to give the space a bright, clean look, while modern furniture complements the space, making it warm and comfortable.

Rather than reinvent the garden at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2014, Living Green Design followed the direction of the existing landscaping, enhancing it with updated flora, colorful red furniture and whimsical features like an oversized snail sculpture.
To create the formal living room, designers chose key pieces of unique furniture to define the room. Then, they completed the design with an eclectic mix of art, objects and photography to give the living space a gallery-like feel. To give the space a more completed look without blocking the natural light, sheer drapers with a subtle pattern was added to the windows.
