As seen on HGTV’s Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott installed new terrazzo tile floors and a custom vanity with under-mounted his-and-hers sinks in this master bathroom. White subway tile surrounds the new tub and rain shower.
As seen on HGTV’s Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott kept this kitchen’s original cabinets intact but repainted them a soft yellow. The new spacious island features a bamboo countertop, while the existing granite countertops were complemented by a backsplash made from ceramic tiles.
As seen on HGTV's Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott removed the old cabinets and pantry to create an open gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space. A built-in wine rack, wine cooler and cozy built-in bench are other bonus features in the new kitchen.
Hosts of Buying and Selling, Jonathan and Drew Scott, have removed the walls that closed off the Horsman house and have made the space open and inviting. Now, there is a clear sightline from the kitchen through the living room, allowing the Horsmans to keep an eye on their kids from anywhere on the first floor.
As seen on HGTV’s Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott removed the wall between this kitchen and the adjacent living room, creating a more open and efficient space. The new island is outfitted with quartz countertops, maple cabinetry and a sink. The stainless steel pendant lights hanging over the island offer a contemporary take on a traditional style.
As seen on HGTV’s Property Brothers, Jonathan and Drew Scott designed this living room to match the homeowner’s bright personality. The original cement flooring was stained a warmer color and dark gray paint was added to the walls, while the one wood-clad wall was kept as a feature. The large metal storage unit resembles an old set of lockers, which brings an industrial feel to the space. Two vintage side chairs and an old leather sofa were reupholstered in bright colors and prints, and a star-shaped light bulb installation was mounted on the wall as a finishing touch.
