Numerous salons and drawing rooms are found throughout the home's three levels, all of which feature the castle's original gorgeous details like paneled ceilings, woodcarvings, open fireplaces and built-in cabinetry.
The dining room was awkward and small, so designers covered the walls with a fun, gold malachite wallpaper and addd a linear chandelier to distract from the odd lines on the space and draw the eye to the center of the space. To bring in a bigger sense of richness, designers brought in bold purples to accent the gold wallpaper. At the entrance to the space, a surfboard and photography add a playful contrast to the formal, elegant dining space.
Truly a feast for the eyes, this elegant living room combines rich cream and gold hues to create a spectacular setting. A Mallorca chandelier adds a touch of drama as the room's centerpiece and pairs beautifully with the round ottomans below it. Mixed patterns on the accent pillows and rug further accentuate the room's luxurious and eclectic style.
Across from the drawing room, a large bookshelf, wooden desk and rolling chair create a comfortable home office. A blue accent wall adds depth and dimension to the space and complements the blue hues in the area rug.

This charming country home was first built in the 16th century on the site of a farmhouse that served Netley Abbey all the way back in the 13th century. Some of the home's wonderful details are thought to come from the Abbey itself, including the front door, stonework and a mullioned window in the drawing room.
