Carved out of a non-functional wall space, an intimate bar and serving area was designed for a family that entertains guests. A mirror wall continues the design from behind the couch while making the space feel bigger. Two ottomans were added for extra seating; they can be tucked away under the serving table when not in use.
This colorful eclectic kitchen, designed by HGTV Design Star contestant Jason Champion, features warm wood cabinetry, marble countertops, caned barstools and colorful Moroccan pendant lights. The narrow kitchen island provides a handy prep serving area.
