For a seamless look, the closet doors are covered in the same beadboard which wraps the walls of the custom closets. When the doors are closed, each of the two closets take on the appearance of architectural focal points. The ultra-white coloring of the closets helps reflect light onto the bold-painted sea-foam walls, resulting in a diffused look which softens the intensity of wall color
The older daughter's room features a lot of custom elements. A custom drywall panel was added to create an accent element and finished with a black-and-white patterned wall covering. The contemporary room has a white palette with chrome accents and shades of purple throughout. A built-in desk has ample shelving while a large mirror sliding door conceals the closet space across from the bed.

Four Brothers, a carpentry company, granted her wish with two side-by-side small closets to house traditional mudroom supplies that blends seamlessly with the kitchen cabinetry.
As seen on HGTV's America's Most Desperate Kitchens, a closet at the opposite end of the kitchen was converted into a pantry and is concealed by a custom barn door. The sink remains in the same place, but it the old, lackluster sink was replaced with a stainless steel apron front sink with a brushed finished.
