As seen on HGTV and DIY Network's Elbow Room, Chip Wade and his team designed a space where the Zappas could gather and entertain as a family. The space is complete with a dining area and multiple relaxation areas, as well as space for playing with the life-size chess board.
This sharp game room features white walls and ceiling, modern black game tables and a glass chess set. A coffered ceiling mimics the geometric patterns of the game tables and cabinet molding. A light wood built-in bookshelf breaks up the white walls and provides ample storage space.
The white fireplace surround lightens the look of the black fireplace and mounted TV. Candles and trinkets set on the mantel give a personal touch to the display and fill the empty wall. A storage basket and cube floor cushion bring a touch of texture to the design.
