Step 1 - Cut Paper
Measure, mark and cut the foundation card. The dimension for this card is 3 ¾ inch wide x 11 inches tall. Be sure to do this on a cutting matte, work table or piece of cardboard, so not to damage the table beneath with your craft knife blade.
Step 5 - Prepare Greeting Card
Next, mark and cut a piece of paper at 2 ¾ inches wide x 6 ½ inches tall. Using a hammer, emboss your message onto the card. You can use the ruler’s straight edge as a guide until you get the hang of it and feel more confident with your spacing.
