Built-in lighting in the bar top overhang reflects on the shiny countertops in this attractive, contemporary kitchen. Glass tile runs horizontally to create a textural backsplash above the counter. Stainless steel appliances and white cabinets form the long shape, and a black matte floor finishes the look.
This light and bright bathroom features a double sink vanity with white wooden cabinets and a neutral Cambria countertop. Black tiles offer a stylish contrast to the gray walls, while porcelain tiles line the shower walls. LED lights are positioned on either side of the mirrors above the vanity.

To make the master bathroom feel a bit more modern, designer Kerra Michele Huerta brought in a sleek glass shower door, a clean-lined vanity and black pennytile floors. The vanity has space for towels underneath and so helps the bathroom stay clutter-free.
