A functional, pretty bedside table is essential if you have a small bedroom. This chest of drawers offers plenty of storage below and space up top for a substantial lamp, small floral arrangement and bedside essentials.
Fresh red flowers add softness and a touch of color to the top of the old world-style chest on this side of the bed. A fun red toy car and a stack of interior design books that offer inspiration for future home projects also sit on top.
This bedside table has been styled to perfection. A brass and marble lamp is a reflection of many of the other tactile furnishings featured throughout the interior. A small ceramic piece serves to hold items like rings and jewelry. And a ceramic planter designed by Tina is a perfect home for another plant.
On top of each chest sits a white ceramic table lamp with white linen shade that provides light for bedtime reading. On this side, the top of the chest also includes interior design books, a vintage black top hat and a blue globe that add personality to the room.
On this side of the modern bed sits a shell white nightstand with soft, self-closing drawer guides and ring pulls on front, that coordinates with the 7-drawer dresser located under the master bedroom’s unique TV that serves as artwork when not in use.
A round nightstand on each side of the bed offers a spot for framed photos and books for nighttime reading. A long-necked sconce with a salt-blasted glass globe and antique brass-finished metal frame on the wall on each side of the bed offer soft and stylish lighting.
This simple modern bed side table highlights the clean lines and neutral pallet of the bed linens and window treatment. The surface provides room for a coordinating bedside lamp with black base and neutral shade as well as books for bedtime reading. A simple pink flower arrangement brings color to the vignette.
“We just had fun in here, we have the mossy green walls and we brought in orange for the accent. We found this triptych painting, which was made by a local artist and we are in University of Texas land so people here will understand that is a longhorn which is their mascot,” says interior designer Linda Woodrum.
