You're not seeing double. The mirrored ceiling of the Mixologist Quarters at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2014 expands the small space. Designed by Reba Jones, the dramatic backlit dispensary is reflected in the ceiling, creating double the impact.
Linear cabinet pulls and turquoise vessel sinks modernize the furniture-style vanity in the master bathroom of HGTV Urban Oasis 2012. The backlight on the vanity adds ambient mood lighting to the space, while showcasing the beautiful tilework on the walls.
Custom walnut plywood and metal shelves bring an industrial vibe to this contemporary living room. The shelves are styled with the homeowners' favorite books and accessories, adding a personal touch to the stylish space.
Designers wanted to create a cool entertaining space for these homeowners, so they installed a unique 14-foot onyx marble table with a stainless steel inlaid vertical grain. Rich, walnut cabinets were put in place to complement the decadent marble, while six stainless steel barstools add a touch of modern flair to the space.
