The living room of this New Hampshire coastal home is located on the third floor to maximize views of the ocean. Low-slung, neutral furnishings allow for the attention to stay on the beautiful views through the picture windows along three sides of the room. Touches of blue in the room's accents tie the look to the blue cabinetry in the adjacent kitchen.
A public beach access walkway creates additional space between this New Hampshire beach house and the neighboring one and opens up more panoramic views from the two upper levels of the home. Glass safety walls were chosen for the balcony, limiting the interruption of the views of the sand dunes and Atlantic Ocean.
Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this master bedroom is a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of the homeowner's daily life in New York City. The walls are painted in a light gray, creating a soft backdrop to the gray-and-white color scheme and making the gorgeous view the focal point of the space. The ocean wall art above the bed also displays a beach view.
