A fun, outdoor kitchen area provides a functional space for the homeowners to hang out and entertain guests. A large grill, mini-fridge and prep sink allow for grilling out with easy cleanup, while the bar makes food serving easier. It also provides casual seating for smaller gatherings or overflow seating for larger parties.
This outdoor space has two outdoor dining areas. One are is a more formal space with a larger table and a roof making this space perfect for al fresco entertaining. The other area is a smaller table with the option of an umbrella for a more intimate gathering on a sunny day.
To give the family another dining option, designers created a casual eating area with access to the home's wine cellar. This space is a little more fun, with a more modern table and chairs and colorful floor tiles. The space also has access to the home's al fresco entertaining space through a set of French doors, which could be left open so the room could serve as overflow space for a large party.
The rear exterior of this home was designed to take advantage of the home's beautiful features. Each level has a balcony so that family and their guests can enjoy the view of the ocean and the pool below. On the lower level, a covered patio boasts several spaces to relax and even a dining space for al fresco entertaining. A swimming pool adds entertaining space to the backyard, while lounge chairs beyond the pool space give the couple a relaxing space to enjoy their view of the ocean.
