The spacious drawers to the right of the range offer easy-access storage for various kitchen essentials, like a supply of tea, candles, folded linen napkins and a hammered stainless-steel salad serving set for entertaining at home.
The pullout rack located just to the right of the dog-washing center offers easy-access storage for rolled towels, paper goods or cleaning supplies like stain and odor removers. The handy rack can also be used as a designated storage spot for pet shampoos, containers of pet food and more.

This look at the backside of the island shows the easy-access drawers that provide ample storage space for various kitchen essentials. “There’s no hardware on the drawers,” says designer Brian Patrick Flynn. “We simply had wood notched out to create an integrated handle.”
A spacious walk-in closet off the guest bathroom was painted the same shade of evergreen used for the ceiling stripes of the adjacent guest bedroom, with a three-light flush mount light fixture in an old bronze finish providing illumination from above.
Kids can enjoy both the indoors and outdoors in the playroom. Sliding glass doors offer access to outside, where kids can drive their power wheels and play house. Bean bags scatter the room to provide a place to sit, and a cushioned bench doubles as toy storage to keep the space organized.
