Hand-selected local art adds a layer of unique style within the space. "We put everything in the room and didn't have an accent color," says interior designer Linda Woodrum. "We found that piece and we thought it was perfectly soft."
Artwork is just as much the focal point as the mix of furniture styles in this eclectic seating area. A scattering of details personalizes the space: a collection of favorite vinyl records and an acoustic guitar.
Abstract wallpaper makes a striking statement in this transitional bathroom. Black moldings and window frames create contrast, while the vanity combines a sleek base with a chunky marble countertop. The beveled mirror and mercury glass pendant light add a touch of glam to the space.
Classic furnishings and architectural details are accented by the gorgeous abstract art above the mantel in the HGTV Dream Home 2015 master bedroom. “We have some wild art above the fireplace, so I think the only non-traditional thing in this room is the very hot-energy art,” says Linda.

This neutral bathroom has soft rose walls accented with dark and dramatic molding and expansive glass doors. An abstract chandelier floats above the focal point of the room: a freestanding tub ready for soaking.
