The details in this space help to bring the eclectic style to life. From a Mid-Century Modern dresser to a rustic, woven basket and thistles, this space brings in several design styles and blends them expertly to create a sophisticated space.
Keeping with the natural color palette of the desert environment, this corner of the main salon hides a wet bar featuring hand carved wood. Turning what could be an ordinary and purely functional part of the room into a design feature is a selection of art and accessories that ranges from black and white photographs to charcoal drawings, along with a selection of bones, statues and jewelry. Together they help to accent the desert motif and the world-traveling vibe of the space.
In the main office space, designers continued the stately cabinets in their design, but lightened the small space with neutral, chevron wallpaper. On either side of the desk, they installed shelves to help keep the space organized. They finished the design with fun artwork to bring the design to life.
Designer Tyler Karu wanted a statement piece for the light fixture above the dining table. She chose this tall, vintage pendant because of its scale and slightly gothic style that works with the eclectic design of the loft.
A white design base gives this bedroom a bright look. A headboard panel mounted to the wall adds subtle texture over the white covers with faux fur throw pillow. A pair of nightstands feature textured green sliding cabinet doors. Red and orange throw pillows add vivid color to the bench at the foot of the bed and compliment the wall art above the nightstands. A vintage chair with colorful velvet cushions finishes off the funky, colorful design.
White walls and high ceilings accented by arched entryways set the stage for a multi-layered design moment. The seating is the star in this space with two side chairs upholstered with handira - traditional Moroccan wedding blankets. Behind them a beaded Yoruba Chair showcases a colorful pattern. On the sofa, an Indian Kantha quilt covers the seat cushions accented by Indian block-print pillows. Add to that an ornately carved wooden coffee table, a beautifully decorated fireplace mantle and loads of art and accessories, and you have a perfectly designed desert oasis.
This eclectic bathroom makes use of natural elements, modern design and Asian inspiration. The natural stone tile on the floors and walls of the shower as well as the natural wood of the cabinets reflect the raw natural beauty of the outdoors that is brought in through the overhead windows in the shower. The modern design of the cabinets keep the space clean and organized, while the open shelving on the caps of each vanity give the additional storage a spa feel.

In this colorful master bedroom, a sumptuous seating area with a yellow-gold sofa sits in front of a custom-designed bed by Beasley & Henley. A red-painted ceiling with white molding serves as an eye-catching focal point overhead.
This neutral eclectic living room features a funky mixture of textiles and design elements, including a black, red and white graphic wall positioned behind the flat-screen television and wood media console. A gray tufted sectional and multiple colorful throw pillows provide a comfy place for relaxing.
To add symmetry to the Eclectic-Modern living room, designers placed identical vignettes on either side of the fireplace. These vignettes are made up of clear, modern desks and stylish, Midcentury Modern stools. These features give the living room a dual purpose as an office. To help add a little dimension and height to the areas, artwork was added to the walls, finishing off the design.
