The wine cellar at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2015 is as much a place to sit and enjoy a beverage with a guest as it is to store an extensive collection of wines. Jane Richardson Mack and John Romaidis designed the stunning Art Deco-inspired space and curated the beverages within from their travels around California's wine country.
Inspired by the idea of a well-traveled woman, this dressing room pairs a glamorous Victorian-style bench with two Chinese ceramic vases. The result is an elegant yet eclectic seat on which to lounge before getting ready for a night on the town. Two floor-to-ceiling armoires ensure that the lady of the house has many outfits to choose from.
Inspired by Art Deco design, this transitional dressing room uses a textured ceiling and towering armoires to create vertical height and symmetrical balance. In the center of the space, the Parisian makeup table serves as a sophisticated focal point.
The women's salon at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase 2015 includes a space for a private vanity. Pendant lights frame the vanity mirror and are meant to mimic the look of earrings, while a vintage glass chandelier adds an additional touch of glamour to the art deco-style space.
