Rustic-Inspired Clubhouse With Midcentury Modern Pizzazz
Paneled walls in a forest green hue pair with mustard yellow chairs and a tobacco stick chandelier to establish a rustic, woodsy-inspired feel in this clubhouse. A midcentury modern coffee table and sofa offset the rustic feel.
Geometric Trellis Installations Wow in Crisp Dining Space
Geometric trellis installations hang from the ceiling in this restaurant's dining area, creating striking interest and movement in this crisp white space. Simple tables and clean-lined chairs keep the room from looking busy.
Industrial Garage Door Opens for Indoor-Outdoor Dining
The restaurant features an original garage door that opens to allow an indoor-outdoor experience for guests seated at the walnut counter. The steel and glass door pairs with steel and wood barstools and an exposed brick wall for an ultra-industrial look.
Industrial-Style Restaurant Features Exposed Kitchen
The exposed kitchen — spacious and open — serves as the focal point of this restaurant, connecting diners to chefs in a way that's unusual for fine dining. Exposed ductwork and steel accents give the space an industrial vibe.
Chic Restaurant Dining Area Is Strategically Designed
The overall layout and flow of the dining room breaks down traditional barriers and connects each guest to the chef, to the liveliness of shared meals and to the appreciation for history throughout the building. The dining zones were strategically designed to support the choreography of the chef’s team. The dining area was also designed to lead the guest’s journey to the big arrivals of the experience: a central glass wine room sitting grandly along the historic brick and — most importantly — the striking open kitchen, which is thrust center stage.
A light color palette makes this open concept living area and kitchen feel bright and open. A tobacco stick chandelier delineates a small dining area in the kitchen, and sailboat artwork in the living area serves as a nod to the apartment's coastal location.
Second-Story Dining Room Features Upcycled Chandelier
The chandelier in this dining area is made of recycled cider jugs; photo murals on the walls depict the roofscapes visible through these second-story windows. Exposed ductwork keeps with the urban feel of the downstairs, and the use of rustic wood gives the space a sense of authenticity and warmth.
A decorative cinder block wall is adorned with hanging plants in a nod to indoor-outdoor eating. One-of-a-kind handmade ceramic chandeliers hang above the sitting area adding to the "living-room" feel of Broken Spanish.
The floor of this boutique is a herringbone pattern tile that looks like wood to brighten up the space and pairs well with the fuchsia chairs. The jewelry display unit has panels of antique glass and brass framed shelves to coordinate with the custom clothing rack design
A vintage-style fireplace with a recycled brick surround centers this restaurant while providing separation between the main dining area and bar. The fireplace works beautifully with the restaurant's urban chic design.
Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves add texture and interest to the contemporary cafe. A high ceiling with skylights floods the space with natural light, illuminating the custom mobile that floats above the dining area.
Tree-Lined Wall Creates Texture and Serene Atmosphere
The back wall of this dining space is lined with alternating white birch and yellow pine trees, giving the entire restaurant the feeling that one is dining in the Zen silence of the forest. The rough texture of the trees provides a nice contrast to the sleek leather banquette below.
