Outdoor Lounge With Diagonal Wooden Beam Structure
The elevated, diagonal ridge beam that projects out on the leading edge of the wooden structure posed a challenge for the design team. Custom steel connections and careful planning made the outdoor layout successful in creating a cozy lounge for the homeowners and their guests to enjoy.
Large fieldstones are used to create a rustic patio that overlooks the California coast. A propane-fueled campfire circle is surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs for a cozy spot to gather during the day and night.
