Bright Blue Modern Foyer From Sarah Sees Potential
As seen on season 1 of Sarah Sees Potential, designer Sarah Richardson gave this foyer a chic modern makeover with new gray stone floors, a sleek chandelier and bright blue wall paint. On display is a piece of original artwork, depicting graffiti from the walls of the Paris Metro, that matches the newly renovated kitchen beyond.
Aqua Foyer With White Molding and Dark Wood Stairs
The doors and staircase are trimmed in white to beautifully contrast the bold aqua wall in coastal-style home. Blue mosaic tile on the stair risers complement the wall color and add visual interest to the dark wood stairs.
A sisal-style hall rug — elegant yet hard-working — protects strand-carbonized bamboo flooring from heavy foot traffic in the HGTV Dream Home 2013 entryway. The entry's pairing of rustic and elegant hints at the home's overall design scheme.
Walk into this incredible penthouse apartment and you're instantly in an artistic wonderland. Black and white striped floors set a dramatic tone underfoot, while the walls are covered in rich patterns and textured.
Bold Dining Room Entry With Custom Artwork and Arched Doorway
A local artist was commissioned to create a dramatic floral entry to the dining room. An arched doorway leads the way to the dining room, which shows off the room's floral upholstered chairs, red curtains and neutral tile floors.
Jackson Paige Interiors pulled out all the stops when designing this Brentwood home's foyer, where coastal and contemporary designs combine for a fun signature look. From the bottom up, the room preserves its cottage roots; above the chair rail, however, purple teardrop wallpaper sets a contemporary tone, all of which cleverly introduce the design elements incorporated throughout the home.
From the moment you step in the front door, designer Kristina Wolf played up the home's dominant Craftsman features. White interior columns and wide molding stand out against the powdery blue walls in the foyer.
When guests come through the home's front door, they are greeted by a calming, light blue foyer that mirrors the peaceful surroundings of the home. Closets on either side of the entryway add storage to the space, providing easy access to coats and shoes, while a bench and work of art are elegantly framed by the doorway of the foyer, creating a focal point in the space.
