Green Paint Adds Bold Twist to Sleek, Modern Kitchen Renovation
Todd Davis renovated this 1940s Noe Valley home in San Francisco to open the kitchen up to the adjacent living and dining spaces. A simple skylight lights the interior space while the bold, bright green paint on the back of the cabinetry provides an unexpected burst of color to the sleek look.
Despite the facade's strong linear elements, the home sits on a steeply sloping lot. The only flat area was allocated to the carport. The floor plan was laid out in response to the natural features of the property and its orientation.
