The light reflects off the gray walls, bringing the natural green tint of the trees indoors. As seen on season 1 of Sarah Sees Potential, a cinder block wall was removed to create this open and bright basement entertainment area. Sarah installed new wood paneling below the chair rail, neutral modern furnishings and heated Brazilian slate floors for a durable space that will accommodate a growing family of four.
This modern kitchen uses a bright, bold color palette alongside eye-catching angles to make the space a functional work of art. A kitchen island with a walk-up bar centralizes the aesthetic, while opaque cabinet doors give the cabinetry a sleek update.
A combination of textures was used to give a sense of serenity to this modern master bedroom. A custom night chest was accented with leather pulls and gives balance to the height of the one-of-a-kind button-tufted upholstered headboard.
