Bright Green and Pink Open-Concept Great Room
Multiple chairs and sofas make this open great room the ideal space for entertaining. Vibrant green upholstery paired with pink floral curtains and white painted furniture give this space a decidedly coastal, preppy vibe.
Light green walls complement the furniture used in this living room, including a striped sofa decorated with throw and pillows, matching armchairs, wood coffee table, and botanical wall art. Large windows and a white built-in cabinet add openness to the room.
The green walls of this family room offer the perfect backdrop for a family's favorite art work. Comfortable gray couches, ample throw pillows with mismatched patterns and colors and a rustic wooden coffee table enhance the room's cozy ambiance.
This stylish living room features shades of turquoise, jade green and yellow-green for a cohesive and sophisticated look. The backdrop calls attention to the black and white line drawings on the wall and the painted wood of the furniture.
The lime-green family room is connected to the kitchen in this open-concept home. The vibrant green walls are complemented by white trim and shelving. An oval-shaped wood coffee table is flanked by a pair of retro-patterned chairs and a brown sofa.
Contemporary Green and Blue Living Room With Urban View
This open plan living and dining area takes full advantage of its big city views, courtesy of a floor-to-ceiling window along one wall. The clean, simple lines of the furnishings and art echo the skyscrapers.
Interior designer Susan Diana Harris, Allied ASID, is crazy about color, and she used it to great effect around this fireplace. The brick surround was painted Benjamin Moore’s Douglas Fir to complement the room’s Spring Moss walls, and gorgeous paintings by artist Erin E Sorensen depict the homeowners' view of the nearby San Francisco Bay.
Electric Green Puts Spark in Contemporary Living Room
Since this apartment is rented, only one wall in each room was allowed to be painted. Bright green was chosen since it could easily grab attention and give the living room new life. Color was also added via interesting artwork, a bright orange shag area rug and fun patterned throw pillows.
