The tower house at the Huston Family Estate features a spacious, open living area with log walls and large windows boasting stunning views of the outdoors. Cozy leather armchairs fit perfectly with the rustic design aesthetic.
"The homeowners were really baffled as to what to do with the third bedroom in their condo," said designer Debbie Perez. "They really didn't need two guest bedrooms. So, we suggested to use their favorite items from their previous home they didn’t want to part with and created this cozy little den."
The dominant palette in this sitting area is full of cool colors: gray and white. So to add an infusion of warmth, the designers selected brown leather armchairs, a cowhide ottoman and brass chandelier.
An ipe wood inset in the stacked stone accent wall features a flat-screen TV and vertical fireplace. Jewel-toned throw pillows add color to the contemporary gray sectional, and floor-to-ceiling windows provide beautiful views.

This light and bright dining room features an open layout that allows for easy transition to the living room and kitchen. A circular metal chandelier hangs above the black wooden dining set, while a sisal area rug is placed underneath. The exposed beam vaulted ceiling gives the room a larger appearance.
