To suit her clients' love of eclectic interiors and all things vintage, designer Meg Caswell created this kitchen that has a decidedly whimsical, retro vibe. Fused glass tiles in shades of blue, green and white create a funky backspash while the wall cabinets receive a coat of soft powder blue paint. Meg tops the island with a glass countertop with just a hint of green, reminiscent of the jadeite pieces collected by the homeowners.

This master bedroom benefits from hand-painted blue and white ombré walls features an ethereal design scheme, including chic, Bohemian features like the floral curtains and brass pendant lights. Vintage mirrors hang above the neutral tufted headboard, while two plush orange upholstered ottomans sit at the foot of the bed.
Taking full advantage of the cozy nook, the rustic canopy bed is dressed in cozy, textured bedding. A patterned bench adds extra seating to the space, while an open bookshelf stores the teen's library.
A glass chandelier provides a fun finishing touch in this eclectic, colorful guest bedroom. Asian-inspired patterns adorn the custom upholstered headboard and an antique armchair. A folding screen complements the colors in the fabric and brightens an otherwise dark corner.
In order to give the ready-made bookshelves a custom, architectural look, Matt and Jodi had a contractor install the two pairs back-to-back. Once the bookshelves were attached to the walls with L-brackets, the exposed sides were clad with luan and trimmed out with 1x3 MDF (medium density fiberboard) paint in the same shade of white as the melamine shelves.
