This small but powerfully styled powder room features fixtures, a cabinet and accessories with cottage influences. The dark wood of the vanity, mirror and floor create a simple but smart cohesiveness against the neutral wall color for a rich, beautiful room.
Chip and Joanna Gaines, hosts of HGTV's Fixer Upper, reconfigured the bulk of this '50s vintage home in Woodway, Texas to create an open, free-flowing space with combined kitchen, dining and living room.
Cottage Breakfast Nook With White Banquette and Navy Table
This cottage-style breakfast nook features a Blu Dot Strut dining table in navy lacquer, white chairs from Serena and Lily Tucker, and pillows from Home Goods. The space is surrounded by neutral shiplap walls, and a white banquette provides seating next to the window.
Cottage Neutral Kitchen with Wood-Framed Vent Hood
The Baker’s new kitchen has been completely transformed with new cabinetry, appliances, and wood flooring. A modern tile backsplash, a wood-framed vent hood, and granite countertops were installed, as seen on HGTV's Fixer Upper.
The carriage house suite was designed to accentuate air and light, as evidenced by the large windows and open beam ceiling. By placing fine antiques and luxurious fabrics in this rustic environment, guests are treated to the same level of comfort and elegance established in the main house. The suite features hand-scraped reclaimed pecan floors.
To give the living room plenty of seating, soft, floral print chairs and a sofa, along with a muted green, striped chair and ottoman were brought in to complement the country cottage design of the space.
HGTV Fixer Upper hosts Chip and Joanna Gaines transformed this casual dining space into a family coffee bar – a place for family and friends to gather for eating and entertaining. Chalkboard paint on the wall creates a cafe-like atmosphere, while the floating shelves add a hint of rustic style.
A small island with a butcher-block top grounds this cottage kitchen. The table under the window, surrounded by a built-in banquette, offers seating and more work area. Milk glass pendants, gold curtains and a brass colander add warmth to the design.
Neutral Cottage Bedroom With Potted Roses on Nightstand
Three large oval frames housing antique clothing and doilies hang on the wall over the small carved bed in this cottage bedroom. Simple white bedding and soft pink potted roses put the finishing touches on the room's neutral palette.
