Paneled Accent Wall Adds Interest to White Bedroom
Paneling behind the bed creates immediate texture and interest, establishing an understated focal point in this crisp white bedroom. A bold orange reading lamp with a flexible arm offers a vibrant splash of color.
Washed out wood floors and soaring white ceilings give this master bedroom a bright, open feel. A simple wrought iron canopy bed with billowy white curtains enhances the airiness of the space. An oatmeal-colored rug helps define the sleeping area.
Light-Filled Eclectic Master Bedroom With Canopy Bed
A towering canopy bed draws you into this master bedroom, and the lofty layering of bedding invites you to stay. A generous sprinkling of details completes the eclectic space: groupings of framed artwork, a pair of tufted ottomans and an antique chest standing in for a nightstand.
Navy and white create a chic contrasting color palette in this sophisticated master bedroom. A tufted upholstered headboard makes a dramatic statement, while abstract art adds a contemporary touch to the space.
Clothed in white, this master suite is a peaceful place to rest your head. A honeycomb patterned ceiling adds a bit of texture to the design, and plush seating offer a spot to relax and enjoy a good book.
To create additional storage, the master bed is raised to allow for storage underneath; this is called a "Captain's Bed" and is commonly used on boats. A step stool is needed to make the bed accessible.
For this remodel we wanted to update this space to create a timeless Master Suite. By keeping the walls a lighter color and adding softness to the widows we created a space that is tranquil and inviting. The dark furniture is a good grounding feature to this overall light space. By creating those contrasts it makes this space feel sophisticated and tailored.
Floral curtains soften the master bathroom and bring in elegant pattern. The tufted bed and bench feature curvy lines to bring a romantic note to the space. Metallic dressers flank the bed and double as dressers.
Soaring ceilings, covered in beadboard and painted white, capture the farmhouse spirit which inspired the design of this bedroom. Floaty white canopy bed curtains, white built-ins and washed out wood floors enhance the open, airy feel of the space. An aubergine-colored quilt and patterned oatmeal-hued rug ground the space.
High-gloss floors and painted trim bring distinction to the architectural detail in this modern farmhouse master suite. In the bath, cornflower blue moldings pop against the white walls. The newly built structure marries traditional and modern details throughout, creating a space that's homey and comfortable, yet contemporary and chic.
Transitional Bedroom With Blue Upholstered Headboard
The printed bedding in this transitional master bedroom adds the perfect amount of whimsy to keep the space interesting while still remaining soothing in tone. A gorgeous blue-green upholstered headboard completes the sophisticated look of the room.
Brightly-Colored Bench Balanced With Neutral Accents
Because the rest of the room relies on neutral hues, a patterned bench at the foot of the bed makes a fun, eye-catching statement. A large gray area rug below complements the piece and protects the floors from playful paws.
