The offices at Jordan Iverson Signature Homes combines contemporary and industrial styles for a look that's fitting for a design company. Simple wood furnishings with black metal accents keep the space clean and organized.
This custom project was built as the clients' "forever home." The uniquely designed entry system leads the visitor to four separate landings as the stairs wind around and turn from concrete to "floating steel" stairs towards the top. The concrete was formed to give it a unique detail, and there are two integrated planters along the way up as well. Inside, the home offers a three-stop elevator, two-sided fireplace, 26' exposed steel I-beam, spa-like master bath and hand fabricated custom perforated steel handrails.
A soft neutral palette creates a contemporary setting for this two-story great room. The floating steel staircase leads up to a catwalk, which overlooks the living space and views through the wall of windows.
This contemporary open plan kitchen and living area keeps style at the forefront while also covering the practical basics. In the living area, a flatscreen TV is cleverly mounted above the fireplace, making efficient use of wall space.
The professional, chef kitchen pairs sleek beech cabinets with a coffee-toned stain with contemporary white countertops. The kitchen offers the entire line of Miele appliances, including a built-in espresso maker, steam oven and an induction cooktop.
Big open windows lets in tons of natural light in a gray, modern living room. A black accent wall with black-and-white photographs make a bold statement. Neutral furniture keeps the space feeling light and fresh.
A modern bathroom features clean lines and neutral tones, creating a sleek, masculine look. The gray tiled shower, pebble floor and seamless glass shower door complete the custom look of this bathroom. Pretty vases filled with flowers add a feminine touch.
Making the most of a little nook in the hallway, floating shelves are hung to display favorite books and art. A planter of grass adds a life to the space, while a blue vase on the floor brings in a touch of color.
Every inch of space is put to use in this streamlined kitchen, including a slim strip of cabinetry that serves as wine storage. Custom-designed, locally built cabinets in a soft gray hue are clean and crisp against white Caesarstone countertops and bright white trim.
