By knocking down one wall, HGTV"s Buying and Selling hosts Drew and Jonathan Scott were able to create a light, open atmosphere in this once cramped kitchen. A new island with a built-in sink and dishwasher is the perfect centerpiece, combining style and function.
As seen on HGTV's Property Brothers, Drew and Jonathan Scott took down this kitchen's original low-hanging cabinets and opened up the entire space, creating an open-concept, eat-in kitchen with bright surfaces. The new island, outfitted with eye-catching blue chairs, serves as both a casual eating area and an extra work space. The copper light fixtures hanging above the island add color to the design.
This newly remodeled living room gets lots of light from the two large windows on the back wall of the room. Two full sofas give the space plenty of seating, while the end tables, coffee table, lamps, mirror and mantelpiece help tie together the contemporary style the hosts of Buying and Selling, Drew and Jonathan Scott, were hoping to achieve.
This contemporary living room, designed by Buying and Selling hosts, Drew and Jonathan Scott, is open and bright. They have added stylish, contemporary furniture to spruce up the space. The luxury suede couch provides comfortable seating, while the throw pillows and accents provide some color to the space. The end tables and lamps help to add light to the space and further the brothers' contemporary design.
The hosts of Buying and Selling, Drew and Jonathan Scott, wanted to create an open, light living room space. Light flows into the space from the huge window at the end of the room, while the light wall colors and neutral furniture help to reflect that light. Soft color can be found throughout the space in the accessories on the wall, furniture and tables.
As seen on Buying and Selling with Drew and Jonathan Scott, the brothers designed a master bedroom oasis for Santino and Andrea with lush bed linens and pillows. Those features are accented by black wood end tables and bright, reflective lamps on either side of the bed to bring more light to the space. The focal point of the space is an accent wall that is covered with wallpaper. The tree photograph above the bed helps to bring a little nature into the space.
A double-wide, glass-enclosed shower designed by Drew and Jonathan Scott of Buying and Selling is the centerpiece of this simple yet elegant bathroom. Large cream-colored tile on the lower half of the shower contrasts against the small glass tiles used on the floor and top of the shower. The clean, reflective surfaces of the tile make the entire bathroom brighter.
As seen on HGTV's hit show Buying and Selling, Drew and Jonathan Scott have designed a space that is bright and airy. Lots of natural light comes into the room through the large window to the right, while the reflective chandelier hanging from the ceiling helps to make the room even brighter. The bright feeling is aided even further by the metallic lamps that reflect light back into the room. The yellow accents bring to mind rays of sun, while the light walls and white furniture and carpet help give the space a clean look.
